we have it in stock We stock toner and most parts at our warehouse in Burnaby because we have programmed JACK to forecast each month's requirements and order them for the upcoming proactive mainenance calls. Any parts we don't have in our inventory are shipped to us by noon the following day. Our technicians keep key components and supplies in their vehicles to minimize the need to drive back to our warehouse. We also have a supply of replacement copiers of various sizes in case your copier needs to come into our shop for additional service. Our goal is fast service and minimal or no downtime for you. |
